terminal server option

I am trying to work around SBS 2003 terminal server limitations of only
administration mode ( no application mode ). I am setting up a win 2000
server, but not sure what else I need to make it a stand alone terminal
server. Clients (4) are win 2000 prof and XP prof. What licenses do I need
for the server, (cals, and TS licenses) and the clients. Also do I have to
confiure the SBS2003 server or just add the Win2K server apart of the
domain. Thanks in advance.

You don't need to do anything to the SBS box. Just add the new Win2k server
as a member server in the domain, install/configure TS in app mode, install
the license server and add your purchased licenses (might want to put this
on the SBS box if you can), etc - you need a TS license for each user/device
that will connect. For all licensing questions I suggest contacting MS or a
licensed reseller.
