Terminal Server and Access

Does anyone have any experience with Terminal Server and
Access? Our IS person says that he can not install Access
on the Terminal Server. Has anyone run across any issues?

I use this for one of my clients. Your IS person can in fact install Office
on terminal server, but it requires different processes (custom transform
file). My 3 remote users work all day long with it and it is fine.
