BCM instalation in terminal services mode

We have 6 users all running in terminal services under Windows server 2003
with our server also hosting our email using Exchange server. We tried to
install BCM for Outlook 2007 but it wants it to run in cached Excange Mode
which we don't think is supported by terminal services. Does anyone have a
way around this?
