Terminal Server 2000 license database

I recently did a hardware upgrade of my TS2000 server. I was not able to
restore
the licensing database.

Is this going to cause any issues with the clients?

I reactivated the licensing server through the clearing house.

This server is also a Citrix Metaframe 1.8 server and I am experiencing
errors when the users login with the ICA client. It usually fails on
wfica32.exe.

Any help is greatly appreciated,

What errors (if any) are logged to the server's application event log when
users receive this error.
