Drive redirection is only support in Windows 2003 TSE (I mean with RDP). If
you want to have access to your local drive you must have Citrix (expensive
!) and use ICA Protocol or try this article
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;272519.

As Eric mentioned, this is only supported in Windows 2003.

If you still want to enable it.
First of all enable Client Drive mapping and connect drive at logon
Open Active Directory User And Computer. Select your user. Open properties
page and select the environment tab and eneable Connect client drives at
logon.
