Terayon TJ 715 Cable Modem and XP

Anyone know the procedure to integrate to Local Area Connections into one?

It is adding the Terayon in one Local Area Connection
and Intel(R) PRO/100 VE Network Connection in the other.

The Intel PRO/100 VE is sending packets but receiving none.

Are you using the USB port on the cable modem? If you were using your Intel
adapter then you would not see any listing for the Cable Modem in network
connections. With cable modems you use either the ethernet port or the USB
port. Not both.
