"Temporarily" unavailable

Have been trying everywhere to solve problem of access to
hotmail keeps saying temporarily unavailable
how "temporarily" is 6 weeks, have never managed to get
into hotmail or use my outlook express, it is driving me
insane.
 
Refer to the helplinks provided on the MSN Hotmail website. The problem as
you stated is not with Microsoft Office Outlook which this newsgroup
discusses.
