??temporarily unavailable try back later??

when i try to send an attatchment from a word document to my email
it says the server is temporarily unavailable and try back later
anyone else experiencing this problem? any suggestions? im not
computer savvy
 
Versions of Word and Outlook are?
How exactly are you trying to send this "Word attachment"? Explain step by
step.
