You'll have to provide more information to get any useful answers from folks
here?
Some questions to ponder and answer if you post back:
1. Is your database already in Access? If yes, what version, If not,
what application is it in now? Your Operating System probably doesn't
matter but please include it too.
2. What is the desired form and format of your "address book". How will
it be used? At a desk, in a car, in a coat pocket????
3. By the way you've asked your question, I believe that Access and this
newsgroup are both new to you. No problem, we'll try to help.
4. when you post back, don't address it to me. I sometimes don't get
back into the newsgroups for a week at a time and then I just look back a
few days. Just continue this thread and someone will likely pick it up.
