When I go to the templates page, I can't download any.
A message comes up to send an error report.
Can anybody help please?

Are you referring the Office Template Gallery site?

http://officeupdate.microsoft.com/templategallery/default.asp

What is the exact error message you are getting?

You could try these steps...........

1. Click tools
2. Click internet options
3. Click privacy tab
4. In the web sites area, click edit
5. In the address of web site textbox, paste
http://officeupdate.microsoft.com/templategallery/
6.Click allow
7.Click OK
8. Click apply
9.Exit ie and restart system

After restarting your computer, try going to the template gallery and it
should work.
