We have several word templates created in San Jose that are emailed to other
offices around the country. When users open them the document is loaded San
Jose because it looks for the .dot template file there, and it takes forever
to open. We know how to break the template link after the file is opened,
but can it be broken before the file is opened? Or is there simply a better
way to deal with central templates in a WAN environment?
