Templates and graphics in background won't print

Lupe

Hi,
I have a presentation made in Vista with Powerpoint 2007 by a consultant. At
the office we still have Powerpoint 2000. When we print the presentation no
background graphics are printed. It looks like it was printed with Black &
White.
Is there something we can do to remedy this?
Appreciate your help.
Regards, Lupe

Lupe,

I guess it depends on how the backgrounds graphics were inserted into the
template.

If there were inserted using

Format > background > picture

then generally they will NOT print in black and white.

If the background image is something on the slide master, that you can
select.... then you have a choice of how it will print (or not) in black and
white.

See
Control how your presentation prints in B/W

Hi TAJ Simmons,
Thanks for your answer but may be I was not clear in my question. We do NOT
want to print in B/W. But the problem is that we are printing on a color
printer but the background and graphics are not printing.
The printout on the color printer is like we printed B/W. I tried printing
this same presentation at home where I have PowerPoint 2003 and there it
printed all backgrounds and graphics on the pages I selected (the
presentation itself is very big with 200 pages as backup).
Maybe the version is the problem???
Regards, Lupe
