printing

Hi,

is there a possibility to make the hand-outs of an presentation appear with black text and white background?
we now have a blue background with a picture in it and white text

the handout prints in color are fine but alsmost everyone prints black and white
and then there's a problem unfortunately

so any ideas?

Go to View > Color/Grayscale. Adjust the grayscale settings for your
background and text. This will not change the color version. Then when
you're ready to print, print in Grayscale.
