template not appearing in default email message

Hi,

I have a template and signature defined in my default email account, and
when I send messages directly from Outlook the template and signature appear.
However, whenever I click a "mailto:" tag on a Web site, and the default
email window pops-up, my template is not displayed. Is there a setting I am
missing? Do I need to download a patch of some sort?

That's normal behavior for mailto: messages, which use the system's default mail settings and bypass specific Outlook features.

is there any way to circumvent this? My default email account has the
template I need shwoing when I create a new message. Is there an alternative
to a mailto: tage that would allow this?
