template for seal placed at bottom of certificates and/or awards

Printing a certificate of excellence but need to print seal at bottom of
certificate. Please assist
 
Try using the 32-point star AutoShape from the Stars and Banners palette
(AutoShape menu on the Drawing toolbar). Use the yellow triangle to drag the
points smaller, then right-click and choose Add Text. If you want something
fancier than horizontal text, you may want to insert a WordArt object, using
the Circle, Circle (Pour), Button (Curve), or Button (Pour) shape.
