template changes font color and lines to white

We have created a template, the problem is when another briefing is copied
and pasted into the template the lines and text turn white. Any help out
thtere???
 
are you doing this in an MS Access relational database? if so, please
describe in detail what you're doing - "We have created a template" doesn't
tell us much. if you're not using Access, suggest you post your question to
a newsgroup that is focused on whatever software you're using.
