Temp Internet Files

Hello,

I was just wondering if someone could help me. For some
reason over the past few days when I delete the Temp
Internet Files from the "Internet Options" menu it takes
a lot longer and there are not really that many files.
Sometimes it even goes unresponsive for a while (but
eventually finishes). I have noticed this because it
takes a lot longer than usual, before even when there
were loads of files it was more or less instant.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I can't help
feeling there is a problem,
