Temp internet files

if temp internet files are found on my computer hard drive have these sites
been accessed from my computer or is it possible my internet is being hacked.
I have found various sites from when i was out and other members of the
family dont know any thing about them!!
Please help !

chances are that your family members are lying to you. if each family
member has his/her own password-protected user account, you'd be able to
tell who did what in seconds.

unfortunately pc dying waiting for new one so deleted all unnecesary user
accs etc.. and just use the one now, hence reason i was deleting temp
internet files from hard drive.
So other than sorting my family are u saying i have nothing to worry about?

many thanks for your help i shall do all of that as soon as new system
arrives and password it all so they cant touch it full stop lol
