Temp Directory

I restrict users from access to the C: Drvie for obvious reasons, but I have
a slight problem with Outlook 2000, where if a users open a Microsoft Office
attachment a copy appears to be automatically saved to c:\documents and
setting\local settings\ username\temp

In addition, they are able to save files to this location using save as, as
it automatically defaults to the same location.

Is there anyway I can stop this and make everything save to their home drive
on the network?

Change the registry value
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\9.0\Outlook\Security\OutlookSecureTempFolder
to point to where you'd like those temp files to be created.
