I would like to set up a conection via my PC so I can
completly run my telephone through it. Thus enabling me
to talk using my PC Microphone and use the speakers to
here!

Is this possible - if so, how do I do it?

You might want to check out voice over ip (VOIP). There are several
companies providing this service. You already have it if you have
NetMeeting. Kazaa now offers VOIP for free.
