Technet Security Page error in IE

Whenever I navigate to the Security Bulleting Page

url=/technet/security/current.asp

I get an IE error

TransfromResults() Exception
Error -2147467259
The stylesheet does not not contain a document element.
the stylsheet may be empty, or it may not be a well-
formed XML document.


Any ideas how and why this is happening?

I'm running XP SP1 IE 6.0.2800

Do not save encrypted pages to disk
