Microsoft TechNet left pane "Univailable"

When ever I go to the TechNet website, I get two error
popups. Here is a link...

TabStrip.Element_OnContentReady Exception
Err: -2146827850
Object doesn't support this property or method.

Also,

TransformResults() exception
Err: -2147467259
The stylesheet does not contain a document element. The
stylesheet may be empty, or it may not be a well-formed
XML document.

Also,

On the left navigation pane, the only thing listed
is "Unavailable".

I first noticed this after applying the Nov. IE6 update.
Does anyone else have this problem?
XP Pro, IE6.

know of 5 others at a forum I visit.
