teaming network adapters

Is it possible to team network adapters via XP? I have dual Realtek 8111B
network adapters and I can't seem to locate any realtek solution. Is there
another way short of purchasing higher end adapters?

If the NIC manufacturer doesn't make the teaming software for their
hardware, you are pretty much out of luck.
