Team Viewer 6/Remote Desktop

Hey guys this is my third post :dance:, how do i connect to a remote machine through Team Viewer or Remote Desktop? The machine is running Windows 7 Professional and my machine is running Windows 7 Professional?

remote desktop, if behind a router is a bit more complex. Team viewer, just install it on each machine and note the number assigned to the session when it starts. You can set permanent session IDs as well.
