I'm trying to set up an email system for a team. What I need is for
each person in the team to retain their individual email, however
default to sending their outgoing email as the team. For the Example:
(e-mail address removed) has 5 members ([email protected] to
(e-mail address removed))
when the members send emails, the default should be from
(e-mail address removed). BlueTeam is actually a distribution list which
then forwards to all members. but the members should be able to send
email as themselves for internal purposes.
what is also important is that if someone external replies to the email,
it goes to (e-mail address removed), as opposed to going to
(e-mail address removed), even though person-3 sent the original email.
I'm using Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003. is what I'm wanting possible
as far as anyone knows?
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated,
