How do I set up multiple alias's.

I'm using Outlook 2003 with a SMTP Exchange server providing email. When an
end user sends an email to "tech", I want it to be sent to 2 different email
adresses. Is that possible?

Ex:
(e-mail address removed) sends an email to "tech." (e-mail address removed) and
(e-mail address removed) receive copies of the email in their inbox.

You could create a Distribution List (in Active Directory) for Tech and then
add the users who wants to receive the email as members of the distribution
list. If they reply to the email then it will have their email address and
not Tech unless you give Send As rights. Alternately you could create a mail
enabled Public Folder called Tech.
