tcp/ip problem

Hi Group..

Problem started 3 days ago.

Symptoms
- PC got ridiculous slow
- No browser
- No Outlook (I receive messages that it cant' find the server )
- But eMule keeps downloading ok!!
- records on the event viwer system log with this text "TCP/IP has reached
the security limit imposed on the number of concurrent TCP connect
attempts."

any idea?
