Keep getting this message:
TCP/IP has reached the security limit imposed on the number of
concurrent TCP connect attempts.
under Windows XP.

It appears that the TCPIP.SYS file in C:\Windows\system32\drivers is
being somehow reset.

I remodified it and copied it to C:, and DLLCACHE, the above path and
DLLCache.

Any thoughts??
