TCP 1027 and Exosee

I'm seeing lots of 127.0.0.1:1027 connections to other loopback ports, as in
the lines pasted below. I understand TCP port 1027 is used by a file sharing
program called Exosee, which I otherwise no nothing about. This makes me
nervous. Can someone explain what's happening here?

Thanks
