Remote Desktop not working

Hi

I have trawled this forum for an answer but couldn't find one.

I run a 5 station network but one refuses to me me connect to it by remote
desktop connection. there is no firewall. it is set up the same way as all
the others so i am stumped.

i have checked that the correct services are running including terminal
server?

I did find this as a result of one of the posts:

I am getting an event error which might help solve it?

TermDD Event Id 50

"The RDP protocol component x.224 detected an error in the protocol
streamand has disconnected the client"

any use?
