tasks

Hi - I am trying to get my team to use Outlook tasks to record Work hours for
time Estimates and Actuals, where the estimate = 'Total Work' and the actual
time = 'Actual Work'. We are adding this detail into each task manually,
using hours (not days). But, when I pull this data out of the database to
report on it (via Access) the hours that we add into each task are magnified
into some number that doesn't make sense. How can I force the Outlook Tasks
to read and write the actual number that we manually enter into each of these
fields?
Thanks!

Both ActualWork and TotalWork report store values in minutes.
