I have outlook 2002 when I set up an annual task ie. buy birthday card (4/29)
- due date: 4/15/2009 - annual reoccurence it is already showing up in my
calendar as a task to do
I would also like a recommendation on how to get at least a weeks early
notice so I have warning time to buy the card ; other than actually setting
the due date a week in advance of the actual event which is what I am
actually doing. Actual birdate I record in task field along with persons
name.
I see in the contact part of Outlook a birthdate but it isn't usefull other
than giving actual notice on that day.
