I'm trying to open the taskmanager with alt + ctrl + del but and error keeps
appearing:
taskmgr.exe - Unable To Locate Component
This application has failed to start because VDMDBG.dll was not found.
Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

I don't know what to do... Can anybody help me???

Insert your XP CD in the drive, and run SFC /Scannow from Start, Run.

Note that if you've any Service Packs installed, you need to use the
slipstreamed XP CD, or point to Windows\ServicePackFiles\i386 folder for the
latest version of system files.

Not sure what you did but seems like the dll file is corrupted or
missing. Here is the link to download the dll file. The location to put
it in should be in your Windows/System32 folder.
