Hello

My system is a Toshiba P15-4091 Satellite Notebook

Recently when ever I try to access the tasklist, its window materializes without caption buttons. There is no way to close, minimize or maximize the tasklist window

What is happening

Open Task Manager and double-click anywhere on the top Window border.
Somehow, you managed to convert Task Manager to run in "Tiny Footprint Mode".
