Windows TaskManager is corrupted

I dont know what is happening to my windows taskmanager...it doesnt shows the
minimize/maximize and close buttons....it doesnt shows the buttons of
process, memory use or help. When i open it, just shows the tasks, the state
of it and the finish task/pass to/new task buttons. I dont know the reason.
Maybe a virus, a worm, a trojan??? Please if anyone knows the answer, and the
way to fix this problem...let me know. God, i cant finish those annoing
undesired processes!!!!!

Try double clicking the edge of the Task Manager.

Double click the top border.
