Taskbar

I use a download manager that has its own taskbar entry. Problem is it
won't stay there. When the window is closed or I reboot I have to choose to
show the DM taskbar again. I have locked the taskbar with it on but that
didn't do it. I have "remembered each folders view setting" but that didn't
do it either. I would like the DM taskbar to be on every page I open as
part of the default. Thanks for any help.
 
And the reason you hide which download manager that you are using so
other users of that product cannot help you is?

Boy you were right! After posting the program I got slews of responses!
