Taskbar

I have a problem in that an icon has started to appear
occasionally on my taskbar (not the system tray or quick
launch) There is no text for the icon, and neither a left
or right click enables any function, i.e. maximize,
restore etc. There is a program icon within the button
which is 1Disk from 1vision.

Any help appreciated and thanks in advance
