Can't Resize Outlook 2003

For no apparent reason, Outlook 2003 will no longer resize. It will appear as
full screen or minimize to the try, nothing in between. Every time I click
the resize button, the program minimizes to the taskbar. Clicking on the
taskbar icon will not restore it. When right click on the tray icon and
select maximize, Outlook maximizes. A fix would be appriciated.
