Taskbar XP Auto hide problem

Hello,

Here is the situation. I bought McAfee virus protection
recently and now the taskbar on XP autohides itself when
the computer starts up. I just the properties and the
auto hide is not selected.
Can someone have microsoft create a patch or something
because they just don't provide a email to tell them of
the problem. If there is a email please let me know.

Kevin,

Have you tried this: Right click the taskbar and then
left click "Properties" on the menu that appears. Remove
the check mark in "Auto-hide the Taskbar" on the taskbar
window that appears.
