Taskbar utility

I'm looking for a small utility that hides the taskbar entry but leaves
the hidden application visible in the ALT-TAB.

Something like Hide-It, but without removing the ALT-TAB.

The Wonderful Icon has a "Remove Windows Taskbar Entry"-command, but when
you bring up the hidden application, the taskbar also returns. There's
another utility out there called "WatchCat", but it also doesn't leave the
ALT-TAB visible.

Anyone?
