Taskbar stuck on right side of screen

Hello:

I don't know how it happened, but my taskbar is now stuck
on the right side of the screen. I tried to re-position
it to the bottom of the screen, but the only thing it
allowed me to do is to adjust its width. I have re-
position a taskbar before, but I can't do it this time.
How do I move the taskbar back to the bottom of the
screen? I am using the Home editon. Thanks!

to further add, if this left click doesn't move it, then it might be locked.
Right clisk and uncheck "Lock the Taskbar"
