taskbar & starmenu dissapeared

Suddenly I can't get anymore the taskbar & start menu (and neither my desktop
icons) while I load as an Administrator on WXP (administrator profile).
If I use a common user profile, the taskbar & start menu are there.
I guess something is wrong or changed on my registry.
Any help on how to recover it, will be appreciated.

When you press CTRL+ESC, does the Start menu not appear?

I've reinstalled Windows XP, and still missing, taskbar&startmenu&desktop
icons. This happens only with administrator's profile, even with the ones
I've created after Windows reinstallation.

Previously I was checking on http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com and tried
everything related to this problem, but no solution at all.
