Active Programs in Taskbar Dissapeared

I have Media Center Edition 2002. Yesterday, I enabled the iTunes toolbar on
my taskbar; minimized my iTunes, and the section of the taskbar where the
running programs are displayed dissapeared. The rest of the taskbar is there;
system tray, quick start, start button...just the programs area has
dissapeared. Help! If it is any help, I usually expand my taskbar by one row,
to give some more space for my shortcuts. It smells to me that it was moved
below screen, but how do i move it back? System restore was infected in the
past, so all the restore points have been wiped out. I'm lost.

Note: You may lose all the existing Taskbar settings, and the additional
toolbars that you may've added earlier.
