Taskbar Program Buttons

Is there any way to have the program buttons that appear when you run an
application to display only the program's icon without any following text?
This woulb be very helpful when many programs are running.

Is there any way to have the program buttons that appear when you run an
application to display only the program's icon without any following text?
This woulb be very helpful when many programs are running.

If you turn off grouping for the Taskbar, the buttons will shrink to
the icons when you run many applications at the same time. Beside of
that you cannot set up this with Windows.
