Taskbar buttons of open windows

My taskbar buttons of running/open window are just about
the width of the program icons and don't display the name
of the windows that are open even when the taskbar isn't
full. How do I make the width of the buttons of open
windows wider?

Run the undo on line 97 (right hand side) It will set the values to XP
Default.
