Taskbar Problem please help

For some reason no windows that I pull up appear in the taskbar. All that is
down there is the Quick Launch and Notification thing. I have been doing
internet and support searches like crazy but nothing worked. I really need to
see my tabs in the taskbar. Could someone please help me out? I knew that
comming to the world to ask was the best idea. Thanks

I tried it and i came up to some kind of Automation error. anything else?
