taskbar placement

upon booting today my task bar came up at the top of my
laptop screen. How do I get back into the normal bottom
position? Thanks
 
Just left click the mouse on it and hold the mouse button and you can
drag it to wherevever you want it.

Thank you, The left button needs to be HELD DOWN and the
the task bar will move to left or right edge and top or
bottom. Again thanks
