Taskbar migrated to top of screen

My Taskbar has migrated to the top of my monitor. It first went to the
right side. I tried to drag it back but it only became wider. I couldn't
get it to go back to the bottom and somehow wound up with it at the top.

How do I get it back to the bottom of the screen?

Greetings,

First you need to right click on your "taskbar" and untick "Lock the
taskbar". Drag your taskbar to your desired position and ofcourse resize it
