taskbar relocation

I hit a wrong key and my taskbar migrated to the right side of my screen. I
can't get it back to the bottom. Friends with the same problem suggest that I
"get used to it". I've solved this problem in the past, but now all I can do
is make the taskbar fatter.

Drag and drop. Don't "grab" the edge (which is causing you to make the
task bar wider), but rather, click in a unoccupied area in the middle
of the task bar, and drag the whole thing to the bottom of the screen.

If you can't get the taskbar to drag, it's possible that it's not
moveable. Right-click on the taskbar to see the taskbar context menu,
and make sure that "Lock the Taskbar" is *not* checked. After moving
the taskbar, you might want to check this option, so that you don't
accidentally move it again.

Hope this helps,

Just 'grab' on to the bar and drag it down towards the bottom. It will stay
there once you do. Even if it looks like it isn't moving it really is and
should sit right back into place after.
