Taskbar location

I don,t know what I did but my taskbar is now located at the top of the
screen and all attempts to drag it back down or otherwise trying to move it
are unsuccessful. Please help-thanks.

Right click on an empty area of it.. If "Lock the Taskbar" is checked..
Click on it to uncheck it.

Click on hold down the left-mouse-button on an empty area of the taskbar and
move the mouse to the left or right side of the screen. You should see the
outline of the taskbar on that side... Then drag the mouse point to the
bottom - you should see the outline there.. Now let go of the mouse button.

Hi,
Place the mouse pointer in the empty area of the taskbar
Hit the let button on the mouse and hold it down.
Drag the mouse pointer to the bottom of the screen.
Release the button.
You can see the taskbar at the bottom of the screen

If all attempts have failed to drag the taskbar, then it might just be as
simple as unlocking it. Right click an empty spot on the taskbar and remove
the check mark next to 'lock taskbar'.
